Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment Methods:
A card for payment will be requested and at the time of intake. Your details will be stored securely, and payment will be charged to the card on file at the end of each session (this will include a small payment processing fee). I work outside of the Medicare system, meaning you don't need a GP referral to see me. However, my fees are similar to the out-of-pocket expense for a psychologist. If finances are a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am happy to discuss a sliding scale to ensure you can access the support you need.
Cancellation Policy:
At Green Lotus well-being we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session price will be charged.
In the case of an emergency or exceptional circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. To avoid any fees, please contact our practice as soon as possible if you are aware that you are unable to attend your appointment.
