Let’s Go LEGO®: Family Connection Program

An 8-week program designed to help families strengthen communication, build healthier relationships, and develop emotional regulation skills through collaborative LEGO®-based activities.

Program Details

• Location: Hurstbridge Community Hub

• Duration: 8 weeks

• Session Length: 1 hour weekly (Weeks 1 and 8 run for 1.5 hours to include consultation and review).​

 

How It Works

• Structured Building: Families work on structured LEGO® tasks with assigned roles that rotate every 10–15 minutes.

• Reflection & Discussion: Each session ends with a guided discussion linking the activity back to everyday family dynamics.

• Group Size: Up to 4 participants per session (mix of parents, siblings, or extended family members; immediate family is recommended for Week 1).​

Facilitated by Alex Keegan, Clinical Social Worker and trained LEGO®-Based Therapy Practitioner.

• 1-Hour Session: $200

• 1.5-Hour Session (Weeks 1 & 8): $240
